The room was brand-new, large with a queen bed, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were extremely friendly and amiable and the location was amazing close to everything.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious with fresh towels, the location was convenient, and there was free on-site parking available.

Housekeeping never made one visit over 8 days.

I recently stayed at this extended stay hotel for 5 nights and it was perfect for my needs. The kitchen area with a bigger fridge was a great convenience, allowing me to cook and store food easily. The cost for those nights was very reasonable. I also appreciated how quiet and secluded the hotel was, providing a peaceful escape from everyday city life. The staff members were friendly, polite, and professional, and my room was always clean, fresh, and stocked with towels. it was a wonderful location and I highly recommend it for both business and personal travel.

My recent stay at Extended Stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my room was ready upon arrival, just like they always do. The cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of fresh towels daily truly made me feel at home. Plus, the friendly and professional customer service representatives made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and family vacations.

The bed was hard and the water was never hot warm at best

Nice room and bed just not as clean as the photos looked. I was on business so I was only there for a few hours.

Room not very clean, dingy (dirty like), no breakfast except a piece of fruit and granola bar and coffee.. No vending area that I saw, no water.. Just not great. Very few amenities. $100 for 5 hours of sleep and a granola bar and a muffin.. Seriously?!?!

The location here is fantastic, just a short distance from the tech center, and I liked having Jimmy Johns only a 15-minute walk away.

The hotel's location next to the tech center, various restaurants, and the interstate was fantastic. Its proximity to the Ikea Furniture Store, just 2 miles away, was a great convenience.

The rooms were old and dingy. The beds were small with a hard, thin mattress, the tub barely drained, the kitchen was dirty, and there were absolutely no outlets next to the bed for charging.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a refreshing night's sleep. The kitchen area was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals, and the larger fridge was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location in a nice area was convenient for our stay in this city. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help in any way they could. Our room was always clean, fresh, and stocked with towels every day. The front desk was responsive to our requests for extra amenities. Tanya, in particular, was a delight to interact with, always offering positive conversations and warm greetings upon our arrival.

I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton at $100 a night but...The outside area had trash all over and the stairs were littered with cigarette butts. The room was decently furnished while the bathroom was terrible. The bathtub tile and tub had mildew all over it. My family refused to shower. I've stayed in a lot nicer hotels for less.
